Well, I was wondering if there was going to be another ‘Code Orange Revival’ again this year, but thanks to Erin Benziger of  DO NOT BE SURPRISED, I don’t have to wonder any more.  You can read about it here>> STEVEN FURTICK TAKES THE CODE ORANGE REVIVAL UNDERGROUND   Then, after searching YouTube for videos on Steven Furtick’s ‘CODE ORANGE UNDERGROUND,’ I found the deeply disturbing video posted above.

Here, you can also watch the>> “CODE ORANGE UNDERGROUND” TRAILER” <<I just found on Vimeo.

If you’d like, you can watch the videos and Biblical analysis of the 2012 Code Orange Revival on my previous post at the link below>>

Just reading the tweets on Twitter under #codeorangeunderground is extremely troubling:

>> You can read them all here<<

I sincerely pray that all who are attending this revival — which is by ‘invitation only’ — will test all they see and hear against Scripture, as we are shown to do in God’s Word:

“Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures daily to see if what Paul said was true.”  Acts 17:11

It grieves me to know they had an aerialist as part of their ‘revival’ last night.  Somehow I think that a more somber atmosphere, where people would be crying out to God in repentance, and reading Scripture and praying fervently for God to move in the hearts of people in our country and in the world, would be an atmosphere more conducive to revival.  God wants our hearts to be broken over sin and He desires us to seek His face.  Sadly, this seems more like a circus, and must grieve the heart of God more deeply than we can ever imagine.  Again James 4:7-10 comes to mind:

“Submit yourselves, then, to God.  Resist the devil and he will flee from you.  Come near to God and He will come near to you.  Wash your hands you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.  Grieve, mourn, and wail.  Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom.  Humble yourselves before the Lord and He will lift you up.”

(Will add more Scripture and a few more thoughts if time allows).

Please be in prayer for all who are speaking at this revival, and for all who are attending.

God bless you.  Thank you for stopping by, and thank you very much for taking the time to read this post.
