Welcome to another Scripture Sunday post. I pray that you will take some time to listen to this dramatized audio of the little, but extremely important Book of Jude as you go about your day at home, whether you are preparing or eating your meals, cleaning the room where you keep your computer, or before you turn in for the night.

God’s Word brings encouragement, guidance, correction, and comfort. But most of all, God’s Word reveals who He is to us, makes us realize our sinfulness in light of His complete holiness, and exposes false doctrines that hold us captive and prevents us from seeing the truth about who Jesus Christ is and all that He accomplished for us through His sinless life, His once for all sacrifice on the cross which led to His death, His burial, and His glorious resurrection from the dead.

If you do not yet have the assurance of salvation because you are still trying to earn God’s forgiveness instead of simply placing your trust in Jesus Christ alone for your salvation, I pray that you would take the time to listen to God’s Word in the video above. As you listen I pray that you will come to the knowledge of the truth by the power of the Holy Spirit and choose to truly believe by fully placing your trust in the good news of the Biblical gospel, thus receiving Jesus Christ and all that He accomplished for you. (God’s Word tells us that the demons believe in God –and tremble (James 2:19). They also know who Jesus is (Mark 1:24, Luke 4:34, Acts 19:15) and yet they will one day be cast into hell Matthew 25:41). You will then be justified by His grace and clothed in the righteousness of Jesus Christ (Titus 3:4-7), and your sins will be as far as the east is from the west (Psalm 103:12), never to be remembered again (Isaiah 43:25). What joy you will then have if you choose to fully place your trust in Him alone for your salvation!

PERSONAL NOTE: After sitting through the funeral service/Mass (and I did sit; I did not stand or participate in the Mass) for my precious mom at the Catholic church that she once attended, and after hearing what the priest had to say, I am even more grieved and more determined to earnestly  contend for the faith and to write in order for God to use me to reach precious Catholics with Biblical truth in my upcoming posts. (That is why I chose the Book of Jude for today’s Scripture Sunday). However, please allow me some more time in order to grieve her loss and to deal with some important matters that must be attended to before I am able to get back to trying to focus on writing once again.

Thank you very much for stopping by.

God Bless You
