UPDATE:
I have been very busy this summer and I am still trying to find a job. When time allows, I have been doing some research for my upcoming post which will be either the third or final post in the series regarding the alleged apparitions of the virgin Mary in light of Scripture. My sincere apologies to those of you who may be checking back here from time to time to see if it has been written yet or not. Lord willing, I am hoping to have it completed by the end of August.
This is a photo that I took of one of the six Painted Lady butterflies that I had the privilege and joy of raising from their caterpillar stage! I purchased the caterpillars from Amazon and was amazed as I watched them transform into their chrysalis stage and then emerge as beautiful Painted Lady butterflies around 7 days later! I was filled with awe as I witnessed the beauty of just one of the many thousands of things that God has created to show forth His glory!
I added this particular Bible verse because it is one (of many) that shows the extreme importance of not giving in to compromise; we are to stand for the truth that is so clearly stated in Scripture about the fact that it is through Jesus Christ alone that we can receive forgiveness from sin, guilt, and shame, and have eternal life. (John 3:36). Jesus Christ is the only name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and He is the only Mediator between God and mankind. (1 Timothy 2:5) It is not being judgmental, intolerant, or unloving towards those who believe differently. Rather it is our responsibility as true Christians to warn people — lovingly, but firmly — before it’s too late! Tomorrow is promised to no one!

[NOTE: My actual image was spaced properly when I added the Scripture; not sure why the right side of the photo was cut off after I posted it here.]

UPDATE:
New post coming next week –Lord willing!
If you want to know the definition of what true love is, you need look no further than what God’s Word has to say about it in 1 Corinthians Chapter 13 as presented to you in the photo above. How different our world would be if all people would love one another like this!
But the greatest love that you could ever receive is God’s love:
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil.” (John 3:16-19)
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)
“This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.” 1 John 4:9,10
